【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC15459specifiestheproceduralrequirementstomaintainanon-significant,uniqueidentifierforitemmanagementapplications,andoutlinestheobligationsoftheRegistrationAuthorityandIssuingAgencies.ThispartofISO/IEC15459excludesthoseitemswhereISOhasdesignatedMaintenanceAgenciesorRegistrationAuthoritiestoprovideidentificationschemes.Itdoesnotapplyto—freightcontainers,becausetheiruniquecodingisspecifiedinISO6346,Freightcontainers—Coding,identificationandmarking;—vehicles,becausetheiruniqueidentificationisspecifiedinISO3779,Roadvehicles—Vehicleidentificationnumber(VIN)—Contentandstructure;—carradios,becausetheiruniqueidentificationisspecifiedinISO10486,Passengercars—Carradioidentificationnumber(CRIN).TheexclusionalsoappliestoISO2108,Informationanddocumentation—Internationalstandardbooknumber(ISBN)andISO3297,Informationanddocumentation—Internationalstandardserialnumber(ISSN).NOTEThescopeofeachofISO2108andISO3297identifiesthetitleratherthantheindividualcopyofabookorperiodical.Assuch,thelevelofidentificationachievedisatalevelhigherthantheuniqueidentityrequiredtobecompliantwiththispartofISO/IEC15459.
