适用范围
本规范是根据住房和城乡建设部《关于印发(2008年工程建设标准规范制订、修订计划<第一批>)的通知》(建标[2008]102号)的要求，由南京建工集团有限公司和江苏省金陵建工集团有限公司会同有关单位共同编制完成的。
本规范在编制过程中，编制组进行了广泛的调查研究，分赴我国华南、西南、东北、华东等地区进行考察和调研，并充分地征求全国无障碍建设专家的意见，对主要问题进行了反复论证，最后经审查定稿。
本规范共分4章和7个附录，主要技术内容包括：总则、术语、无障碍设施的施工验收、无障碍设施的维护。
本规范适用于新建、改建和扩建的城市道路、建筑物、居住区、公园等场所的无障碍设施的施工验收和维护。
